Week 1
Training is just once a day as we kick start the journey. There is no rushing as a beginner. We will gradually increase the mileage and days as time goes on. Stick with these to avoid any injuries along the way. Enjoy your training. You can leave us a comment for any further inquiries. 5km training plan for amateurs and semi-amateurs.
Monday: 30 minutes easy + core
Tuesday: 30 minutes easy + core
Wednesday: 60 minutes easy
Thursday: 45 minutes moderate + core
Friday: 50 minutes easy + core
Saturday: 60 minutes easy
Sunday: rest
