Ghana Armed Forces Open Championship: Registration Now Open
The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) open championship registration is now open. The Ghana Armed Forces, in collaboration with Ghana Athletics and with support from the University of Ghana, Legon, is set to host the Ghana Armed Forces Open Championship at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium in Accra.
This prestigious event provides a platform for athletes across Ghana to showcase their talents and compete at a high level. The championship will take place on Friday, 14th March, and Saturday, 15th March 2025, starting at 4:00 PM each day.
Registration Details
Registration is open to all athletes in Ghana, and coaches are encouraged to register their athletes for participation.
- Registration Period: Thursday, 6th March – Tuesday, 11th March 2025
- Registration Deadline: Tuesday, 11th March 2025, at 11:59 PM
- Lane and Heat Assignments: Wednesday, 12th March 2025
- Competition Dates: Friday, 14th March & Saturday, 15th March 2025 (4:00 PM each day)
Athletes should take note that there won’t be accommodation. Those coming from outside Accra and it’s environs should take note of it.
This championship promises an exciting opportunity for athletes to compete, gain exposure, and enhance their performance. All interested participants are encouraged to complete their registration within the specified period.
