Minister of Sports and Recreation Hon. Kofi Iddie Adams will be a special guest of honor at the maiden edition of the 2025 Tizza Half Marathon in the Upper West Region. We stand on the brink of an extraordinary celebration of athleticism, unity, and cultural pride.

Football Knockouts: April 16th–18th, 2025
Witness fierce competition as 12 elite teams clash in a high-stakes tournament at the Tizza School Park. Expect heart-pounding matches, dazzling skills, and unforgettable moments as teams vie for glory.
Grand Tizza Marathon: April 19th, 2025
Lace up for a race like no other. The marathon, themed “Stride for Hope,” will traverse Tizza’s scenic landscapes, starting at the iconic Nadowli and concluding at the Tizza Junior High School Park. This year’s event champions rehabilitation and sports empowerment in the Upper West Region of Ghana.
