- 2 tablespoons bran
- 2 yogurts (plain or flavored, your choice)
- 4 glasses of milk (any kind: cow, oat, almond, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Ensure the bananas are ripe for maximum flavor. Peel and slice them into chunks.
- Start Blending:
- Pour the 4 glasses of milk into the blender jar.
- Add the sliced bananas, 2 tbsp of bran, and 2 tsp of brown sugar.
- Incorporate the Yogurt:
- Blend the mixture for about 1β2 minutes to combine the ingredients.
- Add the yogurts and blend again for another 2β3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- Garnish with your choice of toppings: a sprinkle of bran, cocoa powder, cinnamon, or a few slices of fruit.
