The Ingredients Needed.

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1/2 purple lettuce
  • Dehydrated tomatoes
  • Fresh cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • Raisins
  • Peeled almonds
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • Salt
  • Sherry vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Hydrate the Tomatoes: Place the dehydrated tomatoes in warm water to hydrate them slightly.

 

Prepare the Lettuce: Wash the purple lettuce and cut it into julienne strips. Wash and chop the lettuce head, then combine both in a salad bowl.

 

Crush the Almonds: Use a mortar and pestle to crush the peeled almonds into small pieces.

 

Add Ingredients: Peel and slice the avocado into wedges. Add it to the salad bowl along with the raisins and hydrated tomatoes.

 

Cut and Mix: Cube the fresh cheese and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Add them to the salad bowl.
