Joseph Paul Amoah Leads Team Ghana In World Relays
Ghanaian Olympian athlete Joseph Paul Amoah is leading a formidable team to represent Ghana at the upcoming World Relays in Guangzhou, China. The event is scheduled to take place from May 10 to 11, 2025.
The Ghanaian contingent comprises Joseph Paul Amoah, Ibrahim Fuseini (who represented Ghana at the 13th All-African Games hosted in Ghana), Sean Safo-Antwi, who returns from his long injury, Barnabas Aggerh (part of the African Games team) and Mustapha Bokpin.
The World Relays 2025 will serve as a qualification window for the World Championships later this year.
Some of the top names missing in the team are top-rated sprinter Abdul Saminu Rasheed, Issac Botsio were excluded from the team due to academic commitments, and Benjamin Azamati
