Richard Attah, born on April 9, 1995, is a Ghanaian professional goalkeeper renowned for his contributions to Accra Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League. He began his professional career with the Elmina Sharks in 2017, making 30 appearances over two seasons. In 2019, he transferred to Accra Hearts of Oak, where he became a pivotal figure in the team’s defense.

Attah’s outstanding goalkeeping abilities helped Hearts of Oak win the Ghana Premier League and the Ghanaian FA Cup during the 2020–21 campaign. Throughout his 22 league games, he kept 12 clean sheets, which tied him for the most that season.

Ghana’s roster for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations featured Attah on the international scene. Despite not playing in the games, his selection demonstrated that he is among the best goalkeepers in the country.
