Tizza Football Gala Fixed for December
The 2024 Tizza football gala is fixed for December. The second edition of the exciting championship will see the top teams playing for the top honour.
The Tizza Football Gala is back again, and this time it will become extraordinary.
Date: December 26-28, 2024
Venue: Tizza JHS Football Park
This exciting tournament aims to:
1. Celebrate the Chief and Elders of the community
2. For physical health benefit: Football improves cardiovascular health, builds endurance, strengthens muscles, and boosts flexibility.
3. For personal development benefits: Football enhances focus, concentration, and decision-making skills. Players learn a lot of strategy and help them in problem-solving.
4. To promote peace among the people and surrounding areas which results in development of the communities in general.
Last year’s champions, Naayibog Warriors, will face tough competition from:
1. Baguu Sigri
2. Vinving
3. Saadoun
4. Mwofo
5. Bachoglo
6. Jefiri
7. Duori
8. Nimbare
9. Zempen Boi
The community of Tizza, led by Chief Nnaa Bawayele Naayele Dakurah III, Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah (MP), and Spiritual Leader Saman Kandatam (Kunde), has made significant progress.
