Registration has now opened for the Youth Race, a 10-kilometer race happening on June 6, 2026, at Heroes Park, Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region. This race is open to boys and girls aged 13–17. Registration fee: GHS 50.

Rules & Liability Agreement

By registering for the Kumasi City Marathon – Youth Race (10KM), I (parent/guardian) and the participant agree to the following:

The participant will follow all race rules, guidelines, and instructions given by the event organizers, officials, and safety personnel.

The participant understands that long-distance running involves physical exertion and confirms they are medically fit to take part.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who engages in unsafe, unsportsmanlike, or unlawful behavior.

The participant will run only the designated race route and adhere to all safety measures.

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal property before, during, or after the event.

In case of an emergency, I authorize the event medical team to administer first aid or arrange transportation to a medical facility if necessary.

I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or media recordings of the participant for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event
