2026 Edina Golden Hill 10KM Road Run Set for July 10 in Elmina
The stage is set for one of the most exciting road racing events in the Central Region as the 2026 Edina Golden Hill 10km Road Run takes place on Friday, 10th July 2026 at the Golden Hill Parker Hotel, Elmina.
Organized by Golden Hill Parker Hotel in collaboration with the Edina Traditional Council, the event is expected to attract athletes, fitness enthusiasts, recreational runners, and members of the public from across Ghana and beyond.
The race will begin at 7:00 am, providing participants with a unique opportunity to run through the historic and scenic landscapes of Elmina while promoting health, fitness, and community engagement.
Attractive Prizes and Rewards
Participants will compete for exciting cash prizes and medals:
1st Place: GH₵1,000 + Medal
2nd Place: GH₵500 + Medal
3rd Place: GH₵300 + Medal
In addition, there will be special prizes for youth and veteran athletes, while all participants will receive certificates of participation. Registered runners will also receive a free event T-shirt.
